What is a micro apiary?

A micro apiary refers to a small dispersed clustering of hives that better represents how bees would naturally be than in a traditional bee farm environment. We take this approach by managing small clusters of hives dispersed across different areas. This gives not only our honey more variety of flavors but also improves colony health and survival. You will not find wild bee colonies lined up next to each other, row after row.

What is crystallization?

Crystallization is a natural process and does not mean that the honey is bad. You can simply put your crystallized honey in a warm water bath to re-liquefy it or enjoy your honey creamed and spread on toast!

Honey will not go bad over time. This is true so long as honey is stored properly, honey can and will ferment if left open and/or is diluted with other items.
